Refund Policy – TidyVibes Cleaning

At TidyVibes Cleaning, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do our best to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the missed areas at no extra charge.

2. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for completed services. If an issue cannot be resolved through a re-clean, a partial or full credit may be applied toward a future service at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: A cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the scheduled service).

4. Prepaid Services

If you prepay for a package or recurring service and wish to cancel, you may request a prorated refund for unused cleanings, minus any applicable discounts already received.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for services affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., restricted access, unsafe conditions, or lack of utilities).
